I have a list of most of the US senators and congressmen in a letter form, asking president Yeltsin when he was in power. The letter and petition was asking not allow the Russia orthadox church not to run all other group out of Russia.

I got it from a friend of mine who was in the Duma, when I was there a number of years ago.
This is not a new problem. It has going on in Russia for several years. I

Thank you for this report. It helps us pray for the people of Russia. It also is a sign of the current-coming times, when God alone will sustain His people – they know and will know His voice! Traditional stuctures of faith and worship may disappear, but God’s presence with His own will be constant! “I will never leave you, or forsake you,” Jesus said. I believe that His heart is ‘bursting’ with love for each of us! How He longs for the time – a short time from now – when He can receive us to Himself. Inhumanities will no longer prevail!

I was just in Russia earlier this month speaking to Adventist pastors and preaching in two Adventist Churches. In fact, this moved happened while I was there (Oct 15). There is definitely the feeling among the Adventist members that they are under the thumb of the Orthodox Church. I will ask a few of my new friends there how this is is affecting them, if at all.
