THE LIGHTER SIDE: Stand-Up Comedy featuring A Christian, a Muslim, a Hindu, a Jew, and an Atheist

June 10, 2008 by ReligiousLiberty.TV

While we often have to deal with very serious issues on ReligiousLiberty.TV, there is always room to see the lighter side of what it means to live together in a real world where people are able to follow their faith without interference from the state or others.

A Christian, a Muslim, a Hindu, a Jew, and an Atheist all do a stand-up comedy show together called the Coexist Comedy Tour. DISCLAIMER: This video clip is posted for humor and does describe stereotypes about religion.

Their website describes their act as follows:

Can an atheist, a Hindu, a Christian, a Muslim and a Buddhist go on the road together, share a stage and be an example of how to get along? Probably not, but our failures should be good for some laughs.

Statement on the Leak in Dobbs

The leak was intended to disrupt the processing of the decision and we are not going to dignify the leak or the unidentified leaker by analyzing it prematurely. As a constitutional republic we cannot go down that road without doing severe damage to the institution of the Supreme Court where there must be professional courtesy between the justices and their staffs.

Canadian gov’t calculates that expansion of assisted suicide will save taxpayers millions of dollars

Random Quote

“In America, it is against the law to fire an employee for expressing his religious beliefs—especially when that expression takes place at church. This kind of religious intolerance by an employer has no place in today’s workforce.”
