State and Federal Legislators Introduce Bill to Outlaw Local Criminalization of Circumcision

California Assembly Speaker Pro Tempore Fiona Ma (D-San Francisco) and Assembly member Mike Gatto (D-Los Angeles) have introduced a bill that would directly ban local bans on circumcision.
