Wall v. Highwood Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses (Alberta Court of Appeal) is a Church & State case decided by the State Appellate Court in 2017. The court held that the Alberta Court of Appeal declared that courts have jurisdiction to hear cases involving church membership decisions and that churches could be sued for economic losses incurred by dismissed members.
