Klein v. Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries is a Free Exercise case decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2019. The court held that the Supreme Court threw out a decision against bakers who refused to provide a cake for a same-sex wedding and sent it back to the lower courts for review in light of Masterpiece Cakeshop. The case resulted in a Remanded outcome.
